Q. HOW DO I ENTER THE CONVENTION CENTER

A. There are two main entry points to FAN EXPO Dallas. Entrance C and Entrance D. Please read the below to make sure you know which door to use.
ENTRANCE C (PRIORITY RE-ENTRY) – LOCATED BETWEEN SOUTH GRIFFIN & SOUTH LAMAR STREET

This entry is a re-entry door only. You must have your admission badge/wristband to use this entrance. The following badge holders can use this entrance

  • VIP
  • PREMIUM
  • THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS (There is a satellite accessibility ticket purchase/collection desk in the lobby of this entrance)
ENTRANCE D (GENERAL ADMISSION) – LOCATED ON ACCESS ROAD OFF SOUTH LAMAR STREET

If you need to buy a ticket or collect a pre-purchased ticket please proceed to this entrance and up in to the lobby of Hall D. Ticketing and FAN EXPO HQ will be clearly signposted. The main Accessibility desk is located at FAN EXPO HQ also.

PLEASE NOTE: ACCESS TO THE SHOW FROM ENTRANCE A AND THE UNDERGROUND PARKING LOTS IS RESTRICTED FOR SECURITY REASONS. IF YOU PARK IN THE UNDERGROUND LOTS YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE YOUR WAY TO ENTRANCE C OR D AS DETAILED ABOVE.

Q. I PURCHASED SHIPPING WITH MY TICKET. WHEN DO I GET THEM?

A. If you purchased advance shipping with your ticket, then they are sent direct to your address. Tickets should have arrived between April 22 – April 29. If your ticket has not arrived by May 2 please contact dallastickets@fanexpohq.com


Q. HOW DO I BUY / COLLECT TICKETS AT THE SHOW

A. If you are buying or collecting tickets at the show please proceed to the entry doors for Hall/Lobby D. The Ticketing Hall will be clearly signposted. If you are purchasing a ticket please go to one of the BUY TICKET desks. If you are collecting a pre-purchased ticket go to one of the PRE-PURCHASED desks.

Ticket purchases can be made with cash, debit or credit.

If you have accessibility needs please proceed to the Accessibility Ticket desk at FAN EXPO HQ inside the Ticketing Hall or at the satellite Accessibility desk at Entrance C. Q. WHEN DOES TICKETING OPEN EACH DAY?

A. The Ticketing Hall will be open across the following times each day.

Q. I’VE HEARD I NEED TO ACTIVATE MY BADGE, WHY AND HOW DO I DO THIS?

A. FAN EXPO Dallas has moved toward using RFID badges for admission. You will be required to activate your badge once you have received it.

The activation process is simple. Follow these steps and activation will be complete;

  1. Go to www.fanexpodallas.com/activate
  2. Input the badge activation number found on the back of your badge
  3. Complete the relevant contact details

Now your badge is activated, in the event of loss you can proceed to FAN EXPO HQ to a badge support desk and obtain a new badge for a $5 fee.


Q. RFID, DOES THAT MEAN I NEED TO SCAN MY BADGE FOR ENTRY AND EXIT?

A. Yes, like many other conventions you will be required to scan your badge at all main entry and exit points of the show. FAN EXPO crew will be positioned at these points and can assist you with any questions or problems you may have.


Q. I AM A VIP OR PREMIUM BAGDE HOLDER, WHERE IS MY LOUNGE LOCATED?

A. Lounges are located in the lobby of Hall C. The VIP Lounge is ROOM C2. The Premium Lounge is ROOM C3 & 4

Both lounges open at the following dates and times

MAY 3: 12.00PM

MAY 4: 8.30AM

MAY 5: 8.30AM


Q. WHERE DO I COLLECT MY VIP OR PREMIUM BAG?

A. VIP and Premium bags can be collected from the VIP and Premium Lounges. Please have your admission badge ready to be scanned so we know you have received your bag.

Q. I PRE-PURCHASED MERCHANDISE ADD-ONS. WHERE DO I COLLECT THEM?

A. All add-ons can be collected from the ADD-ON desk located next to the flagship FAN EXPO merchandise booth in the lobby of Hall D just outside the Ticketing Hall.

Q. WHERE CAN I BUY SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS AT THE SHOW?

A. Special event tickets can be purchased from one of the SPECIAL EVENT counters in the Ticketing Hall. These are located next to the BUY TICKET counters.

Q. WHAT ARE THE SHOW HOURS?

FRIDAY MAY 3: 4.00PM – 9.00PM

(Please note that VIP/PREMIUM/ADVANCE DELUXE badge holders get a special preview from 2.00PM – 4.00PM Friday)

SATURDAY MAY 4: 10.00AM – 7.00PM

SUNDAY MAY 5: 10.00AM – 5.00PM


Q. WHAT IS YOUR ACCESSIBILITY POLICY AND SHOW ACCESS FOR THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS?

Those with Accessibility needs can use the elevators at Entrance C or D to come up/down to and from the Exhibit Hall level where the main show floor, lounges and ticketing is located.

The C100 level programming rooms can be accessed by the elevators in the lobby of Hall C.

The Gaming Rooms on level A100 can be accessed by an elevator near to the Arena.

There are designated Accessibility Only bag check stations at both Entrance C and the Ticketing Hall with wider aisles to accommodate wheelchairs or assisting devices.


Q. WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO THE SHOW AND ALREADY BOUGHT TICKETS, CAN I GET A REFUND?

A. No, unfortunately all ticket purchases are final.


Q. WHAT IF MY FAVOURITE CELEBRITY/GUEST CANCELS?

A. Unfortunately, all our guests are working actors and actresses and their production schedules and calendars can change at a moment’s notice. No guest likes cancelling however it can and does happen. In the event you have a photo op with a cancelled guest, Epic Photo Ops will issue a refund.

Show admission tickets will not be refunded because a guest cancels. Special event tickets for a cancelled guest will be refunded.


Q. WHY CAN’T I FIND MY FAVORITE GUESTS AUTOGRAPH TIMES AND PRICE?

Autograph prices are added to the guest pages as they are received. Click on any guest’s picture on our Guests page to see their pricing, if available. If there is no price listed we do not yet have this information available for release. Please check back for updates.

Most guests will be signing autographs whenever they are not in a Programming Event or in a Photo Op. Most Guests accept CASH ONLY and you can purchase their autograph at their table. Guest locations will be noted on the website and app.


Q. WHERE CAN I FIND THE SCHEDULE?

The full schedule can be found on the FAN EXPO Dallas website at https://www.fanexpodallas.com/en/plan-your-visit/schedule.html as well as on the official FAN EXPO DALLAS app.

The app is powered by Fan Guru and can be found through the Apple and Android stores by searching for FAN GURU. In the app search for FAN EXPO DALLAS and select it from the options.


Q. WHERE CAN I FIND THE SHOW MAP?

A. The show map is available on the FAN EXPO Dallas website at https://www.fanexpodallas.com/en/plan-your-visit/floor-map.html and is available in the show program on site. Please note that the show program map was correct at time of printing however is subject to change right up until the start of the show.

The show floor map can also be found on the official FAN EXPO Dallas app.
